CAO Public Registry

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) maintains this searchable public registry in accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998 and O. Reg. 377/17 . This public registry displays information prescribed in the regulation that is provided by condominium corporations to the CAO through the filing of condo returns and notices of change. Please note that as per section 11 (6) of O. Reg. 377/17 and in accordance with the terms of use, the public registry can only be used for non-commercial purposes.
